Our services are customized to our clients needs for every project, but include
comprehensive management of every stage of the project from conceptual design
to completion of construction and facility occupation.
We advise owners about the optimum use of project funds, control of scope of
work, project scheduling, design and construction efficiency, avoidance of
delays, changes and disputes. These services can enhance project design and
construction quality, optimize flexibility in contracting and procurement,
and streamline cash flow management.

Native American Project Support Services
Brian Kasen has served as onsite Program, Design and Construction Manager for
all phases of Native American Indian gaming and resort, infrastructure (utilities,
roads and bridges) and environmental facilities in California. Clients included
Barona Valley Ranch Casino and Resort, Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians,
and San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. Key roles included contract procurement
and negotiation, program management, project and construction management and
inspection. Brian and his staff have provided expertise in Native American
sales tax mitigation procedures and documentation as well as project development
and implementation of Native American TERO programs.
BEK has successfully performed as CM at risk for interior design services,
demolition, mechanical systems design and construction, reprographic services,
procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) as well
as food and beverage cook lines and equipment. Project budgets ranged from
$10M- $460M.
