Native American Project Support Services

Brian Kasen has served as onsite Program, Design and Construction Manager for all phases of Native American Indian gaming and resort, infrastructure (utilities, roads and bridges) and environmental facilities in California. Clients included Barona Valley Ranch Casino and Resort, Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians, and San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. Key roles included contract procurement and negotiation, program management, project and construction management and inspection. Brian and his staff have provided expertise in Native American sales tax mitigation procedures and documentation as well as project development and implementation of Native American TERO programs.

BEK has successfully performed as CM at risk for interior design services, demolition, mechanical systems design and construction, reprographic services, procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) as well as food and beverage cook lines and equipment. Project budgets ranged from $10M- $460M.
