Sequoia House Condominium Repair Project

BEK is working with the Sequoia House Condominium Association to provide program and construction management services for the
improvement and upgrade of their roofs, decks and building envelope. Program management will include all activities required to be completed
from project inception through construction documents for permit, development of the overall schedule, contract drafts for architect/contractor,
development of project budget, coordination of architect and general contractor meetings to facilitate resolution of design, constructability and cost
issues, and processing and validating payments and supporting documentation for the Board of Directors and Association approval and signature.
Construction management activities will include onsite management, including participation in weekly site construction meetings, direction on
constructability issues, direction on construction conflicts, monitoring of cost and schedule progress, and weekly reporting of construction activities.
BEK will also provide independent cost evaluation of change orders to validate cost for payment and develop and issue monthly project cost trending reports.
