Brian Kasen served as Project Controls Supervisor and Chief Scheduler for the Downtown Seattle Transit Project. Managed phased relocation and reconstruction of jurisdictional and agency utilities on 3rd Avenue and Pine Street. On-site Construction Manager for Pine Street restoration and 16KV DC transit power systems in/on the underground tunnels, substations and surface installation.
