Dry Creek Rancheria Hotel & Casino   Healdsburg, CA ($480M)

Overlooking Alexander Valley in wine country, the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians is developing a four-star destination resort. The Dry Creek resort will include a new casino, hotel and spa, garden and terrace plaza, conference facilities, a number of food and beverage venues, retail shops, parking, balconies and terraces, administrative facilities, and back of house functions. As designed, the resort includes three levels above ground plus a hotel tower up to eight floors with four levels below ground.

BEK provided program management services including project management and planning, operations planning, contract management, design and constructability review, consultant and contractor pay application review and document control. The project is currently on hold pending funding.
