Dry Creek Rancheria Infrastructure Projects
Geyserville, CA ($460M)
Prior to breaking ground on their new casino/resort facility, Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians needed to expand their infrastructure on
the reservation to accommodate the influx of casino patrons. The infrastructure expansion included extensive roadwork, a radius bridge, water and
wastewater treatment facilities, utility relocation, a new substation, new power, gas and communication lines; and creek restoration.
BEK provided program and construction management services including project management and planning, construction coordination, operations planning,
contract management, change order negotiation, cost control, scheduling, consultant and contractor pay application review and document control.
The project is on hold pending funding.
