Brian Kasen established BEK in 2004 after turning around a complex project
that was three months behind schedule and over budget to finish on time and
under budget. Since then, the company has grown entirely through referrals.
BEK tailors its services to fit each client, project and organization so that
we are able to consistently respond to owners’ and projects’ needs.

Approach
BEK's approach to construction management is all about helping our clients
succeed. Our management begins at project inception with the development of
a program delivery master schedule, reports, and project and document control
systems that are utilized for the duration of the project to assure successful
project delivery and completion.
Our focus is to understand the goals and objectives from our client’s perspective
and then assemble a construction management team tailored to their organizational
needs. Once integrated into owner teams, our staff works objectively with design
engineers, architects and contractors to communicate owner objectives and solve
issues together as they arise. This objectivity helps us apply our construction
management skills to keep the project team focused on the clients' goals for
the project.
